Recent changes broke my homepage

I'm going to give SM the benefit of the doubt on this (since I don't see dozens of people screaming about the issue on the support forum) and assume that the recent changes just exposed some error in my customization. As of today (I haven't looked in two or three days) my homepage is showing my header and footer and just about nothing else. What it should show is the typical homepage slideshow with a second homepage showing categories. Neither homepage shows anything in the body. I'll be honest and say that I haven't looked into it very deeply yet - I'm hoping somebody has a quick "oh yeah" fix. Thanks!

Not sure why, but with the new homepage options every one of them was turned off. I found my old slideshow in the bio box, where it used to be, and the cats box as well. I can't even begin to imagine why they would have been disabled without any action on my part. What a pain. I think I'm all set now - just need to decide if I want to switch to the new stuff instead of sticking with everything I had before...

What was supposed to be on your homepage (e.g. what is missing)? I see a banner, navbar, slideshow and footer. The slideshow looks to be one of the brand new slideshows so you probably just put that there.

When I navigated to the site yesterday I had nothing but the header and footer. I have always had a homepage slideshow (the newer variety) in my bio box per the old customizing an it was no showing. Similarly on my second homepage, my galleries box wasn't showing. The fix was simple - I just had to turn them back on in the new "Homepage Layout" menu, but it's aggravating that they got turned off for some reason. The slideshow you are seeing is the same one I've always had there - I decided to stick with it since I had already done all the customizing to the bio box and I'm too lazy to replicate it for the slideshow box at the moment.
