Haulover Park (Miami-Dade County, FL) has a permanent Kite Store and hosts an annual kite festival for kids of all ages.

Nice shots and great colors. Particularly love #4 -- just a sweet shot. I've always found it hard to take a picture of my daughter flying a kite. You either end up with the back of her head and a nice shot of the kite, or a picture of a her face and a sting (like #3). The kite in #1 & #2 is huge!!!
