McGee Canyon Color Alert

This last weekend I went to the Sierra Nevada again, this time looking for color.
Carson Pass was just about to turn from green to yellow.
June Lake Loop was fantastic.
Bishop Creek was still good, but the trees at the higher elevations already lost a lot of their leaves.
Then I hiked into McGee Canyon and discovered this:

These are just some quick RAW conversions I did after returning home yesterday, just after midnight.

Nice color. Hubby and I were there around September 20, There was just a hint of color at the time. I would love to return this Spring for the wildflowers.
