Custom size my video??

I have lurked here for sometime but I recently emailed smugmug directly and they refered me here. I looked for an answer but couldn't find one so I apologize if this has been asked before.

I am an admin at a site and the site owner posts his videos to smugmug and we are trying to incorporate them in to our theme but 320 by 240 is too big. I've tried scaling it down from 320 by 240 a bit but it off centers and sort of zooms in to the video on most computers(I have one machine it looks fine on, but several it doesn't). I am aware that smugmug offers thier videos in only a few different sizes.

I am wondering if there is a way to size these videos so they can fit a certain area say something in the 280 by 210 range?

I don't of a way to get smugmug to size it, but I know people have used third-party players, and there may be a way to have the client scale it, like how you can specify the size for the html img tag, but this is only a guess.
