Need Help - I want a links page with clickable logos / photos

I have been trying to get my links page to look like http://www.afterglowphotography.smugmug.com/gallery/9239497_3Nans
but I cannot figure it out for the life of me. could anyone please help me or point me in the right direction?

I was able to figure it out for the most part so far. The only thing I need help with now is with spacing and centering the links down the middle.

i am trying to figure out how to put my friends sites on a link gallery /page with a copy of their header and make it clickable to their sites home page, could you help me out
