Hello everyone,
I got great support here sofar.
Now I am trying to get a shadow effect on the right side and bottom of the picture in the "Bio Slideshow".
Does anyone know whether this is possible?
Any suggestion might be helpful, so thanks in advance for your input,
Ernst

Where do you want your shadow? On the outer edge of the entire box, or on the outer edge of each image?
In general, shadows are a bit painful in browsers. If you use a browser that supports CSS3, it is easier, but not every browser does (I'm looking at you, Internet Explorer!), but if you can live without some people seeing the shadow, then I'd pursue the CSS3 shadow style.
Here's a site that might help: http://www.css3.info/preview/box-shadow/

Thanks a lot Kerri,
the direction you pointed me to, is exactly what I was looking for unfortunately I must do something wrong where I put this line. I tried several things in the adv. cust. css box and in editing the code in the bio field. did not work. even if I look at in Firefox. Can you think of what I am doing wrong? how does the system know that I want the shadow at the box containing the pictures for the slideshow? further help is very much appreciated. Ernst
