I love the photo and the girl. The blue eyes are superbly done through the glasses. Not sure about the hands - I think I'd show a bit more of them with better symetry.

Is that flash blow-out on the forehead and hands?

I like the idea in the shot, but the hands are a wee bit distracting to me. maybe because of the close cropping, though.
