How to Export for Smugmug using iMovie

I have some vids shot with my Canon HF100. I'm struggling with the best export options using iMovie 09. They look very pixelated when exporting. Does anyone have any recommendations on what the best option is so I can upload to my smugmug page?

Avoid the streaming options and stick with .mov or .mp4 using h.264. Export, instead of saving the output file.

I am planning to write up instructions for these apps soon but I have not had the time lately.
