If I upgrade to Pro, can I transfer my current pics on my standard account over to my pro account, and if so, how??

An upgrade to pro using a current account means that all of your galleries still live in your now-pro account.

If you have a different level of account and you are adding a new pro account (as in you intend to have more than 1 smug account) then I believe that smug support will move any galleries you'd like at your request.
