1st photo post

Hello all,
I ran a search on how to include photos within a thread. Is it only done by attaching, so the photo shows INSIDE the thread? I found only how to include a link. So here it is. (http://karuzo.smugmug.com/photos/27129927-L.jpg)
1st try in raw conversion.
