OK, maybe Gibsons in Chicago is best, but The Mint in Silverthorne, CO gives it a good run for the money.
We were travelling from Moab to the airport in Denver so had stopped for dinner in The Mint the night before. I hadn't been there for five or six years, but nothing had changed.
The lady making the rather rude gesture is related to me by marriage.

So that's the place, is it? I must remember to stop there B4 Shootout '06 before Andy gets there and eats through their inventory of food.

I have been there. Did you check out the old mines at all?
I think the best part about the place is they only serve two things and not on the same days. Phile minong and the standard steak. Very tender though.
(sorry for any spelling)

Ryan Hey Ryan,
Nope, didn't check out anything else. We just stopped for one night on the way to Denver.
When we were there they had a pretty good selection of steaks and a few other things as well (can't remember what, we were there for beef). Of course cooking your own steak is great fun, couple of Fat Tire beers even better.

Ok mabe they changed it up a little. It was about 3 years ago when I went there. Hope you had fun and found some of that great coors beer.
