Make into Watermark not showing in my tools menu

Hi guys,
I realize that this has been asked numerous times, but I'm having difficulties trying to figure out how to turn one of my images (png) into a watermark on my Smugmug site. I did follow the tutorial (http://www.smugmug.com/help/custom-watermark-protection), but to no avail.

I've uploaded my watermark to a separate, unlisted watermark gallery entitled Watermark. However, none of my galleries (http://www.gagaphotography.com/galleries) or individual images show any "Make into Watermark" option in the tools menu when I try to make use of this image.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Hi Mark, sorry - it's a pro-only feature and you are at the power account level.... you may upgrade, in control panel, Stats tab
