This has probably been asked before, but I couldn't find anything that answered the question.

I have all my "galleries" available when someone clicks on the word galleries on my nav bar. However, in the cookie trail (is that right?) it says "liquidlensphotography<photography" or something to that effect. So I think I have all my "galleries" in the pre-arranged gallery photography.

I want to create an "Events" category that I can put a couple of the galleries in that don't really fit with the rest of the galleries. I guess I could just delete the events and start over, but since there are a lot of pictures in them I'd rather just change some things around without having to start over from scratch. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I understand what you want, but here's a guess. Create a category called "Events". For each existing gallery that you want to be in that category, go to customize gallery for that gallery and change the category from Photography to Events. Then, add a link to your navbar that points to the Events category.
