Silver Eye Finch (I think)

Found this little guy while I was hanging out the laundry (he was very patient while I went back inside to get the camera). I think but I'm not certain that he is a Silver Eye Finch. Please correct me if I am wrong.:scratch:dunno

The image lost alot of quality when I resized it....Can someone suggest a good method of resizing but still keeping quality??

I'd need a dslr first, at the moment I'm shhoting with the fuji s5500. But yes, it's on my wishlist:lol3
