All shots below are handheld. Either with the kit lens (18-55) or the borrowed 55-200.

Tripod would have been a good idea? Planning might have been too... or not sitting on a boat with a rickety trailer in dry-dock that was swaying to and fro in the wind...

It's worth the investment to get a tripod exactly for shots like this Scott. Good effort, but you really need the stability for good ones. Thanks for posting these and happy shooting! :thumb

I'm hunting around for that monopod that has the 3 feet on the bottom... have you ever heard of that model or manufacturer? I can't seem to find anything yet...
