For older galleries or older uploaded images that existed before the larger sizes were offered, go to Tools/Many Photos/More/Make Smugmongous Sizes and tell Smugmug to generate the larger sizes.

I tried to make them smugmungous as suggested and recieved the following message.

"All of your photos in this gallery are already SmugMungous!
Note: photos smaller than 800pixels on the longest side can't be made SmugMungous. Back (http://www.dgrin.com/)"

I am almost certain the image in question above is 3888 by 2592.

Also the images can be purchased at 30 x 40 which would indicate the larger size.

I am using internet explorer. I recieved an error when trying to use the "back" link in the smugmungous message not that that is a big deal. I guess you need someone from Smugmug to look at that image and figure out what's wrong. I'd suggest asking at http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal.

Hi Shawn,

I got your email and just replied. I gave that image a smack in our system which fixed the snags and it should be stretchy and viewable at all sizes now. Please refresh the gallery and try it. Sorry about the confusion but bet us know if you still have any more trouble with that!
