Good Morning Tel-Aviv Jaffo

These photos were shot at the early morning hours (magic hours) at the Jaffo port. You can see the skyline of Tel-Aviv in the background.

Here are two frames (both full frames) with minor composition differences.

Would like to know which of the two is preferable.
