Can Categories be Sorted or Arranged?

In the wee hours of the morning I updated our site with a separate Category page .

http://www.lifeinfocusexpressions.com/galleries

The order of the Categories is displayed in the order I created them.

Can I arrange the Categories without doing a rename or deleting and recreating the categories - ouch - ???

In the upper right corner of the homepage should be an "Arrange" option. If you set that to something other than "most recent", you should be able to arrange the categories on the homepage and then galleries within categories too.
