Help with Banner

Hi all,

I'm just getting started with my site and need help customizing it. I would like to have a banner of photos at the top of my site, kind of like what you see on
the image from this page:

I've been to the customization page, but I know nothing about CSS, Javascript, etc.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

that's probably beyond css...probably best to create in graphic software like photoshop...
