Change order of Timeline and Popular Photos

Is it possible to change the order of Popular Photos and Timeline. Currently popular photos is above timeline on the page and I would like to change that.

Is it possible?

There should be links labeled "Move Up" and "Move Down" on the homepage when logged in that let you change the order of these.

I only have move up and down on my bio. The other ones only show "Show"
