Shreveport River walk (need help)

Here is my current project which is the Shreveport river walk.

I was wondering which one is to bold the background or the slides.
I also cant find any good text and was wondering if there were any programs to buy or places to find text at.

BTW I can seem to find a way to make it larger than that.
