One of the places that we went this summer while on vacation was a place called Wildlife Images in Grants Pass, OR. http://wildlifeimages.org/
This is a very cool place. Their mission is to rehabilitate wildlife and return it to the wild. They do have animals there though that cannot be sent back out into the wild though for various reasons. Here are a few images that I took while there. I tried to do my best with the fencing. These photos are not going to win any awards, but I hope that you enjoy them. Here is a link to the rest, http://ront.smugmug.com/Family-2009/Grants-Pass-OR-2009/Wildlife-Ima/9505824_gc453#P-1-12

This was neat. They had 2 of these benches made and sent the other one to the Australia Zoo.

This Bobcat is there for no other reason other than it was raised as a pet and was told that it just would not be able to survive in the wild. It has been used in several Disney movies.

This Osprey was being released out by the Rogue River the day that we were there.

One of these Eagles had been brought to Wildlife Images with a stick poked into it's eye.

Thank you for ahowing us your work there. Nice work under the circumstances. Hard to shoot thru fences! It always makes me sad to see them cooped up, but I guess the alternative is worse. Too bad they don't have larger places for the bears, nt. lions and wolves. Thats a beautiful shot of the black wolf, btw!

Thanks Netgarden. I don't like seeing them pinned up either, but they are treated very well there. Although compared to acres and acres of forest to roam in, their cages at Wildlife Images are very large.
Thanks for your comments!
