I think it's a great idea and there's a lot of inspiration to be found by discussing photographers, but it's kind of hard to start a discussion based on a wikipedia entry.

I don't know anything about this particular photographer, so Angelo, maybe you could start out by telling us why you like this photographer, why he is important, which of his photographs have inspired you and why?

That might be a good way to start a discussion, esp for those of us who are not familiar with him and his work.
