Whenever I jump into a gallery to adjust arrangements, to select for a watermark, choose a favorite, or anything else, I am being logged out completely. I'm suddenly seeing what a viewer would and I have ZERO control over my galleries. This is... frustrating. Can anyone help!? I have an email in to the pros, but I'm trying anything at this point.

1) be sure your browser is set to accept ALL cookies including 3rd party.

2) login at www.smugmug.com then go to your custom domain if you wish, then refresh.
