Suggestion regarding longer videos

I have a client that would like to upload longer (typically 30 minute), but low bit-rate videos to SmugMug. I received an email back from a SmugMug hero saying they plan to allow longer videos in the future.

I (and perhaps others) would be happy to encode to a very specific format and bitrate/size if it would make it easier for SmugMug to support longer videos sooner, rather than later. Anyone else feel the same?

Jerry, there are technical limitations currently. Even with special encoding, we will not be able to change that until those limitations are overcome. We want longer videos too. Hang in there. :thumb
