none of my videos are working

I have some embedded on my blog. They are just showing a black screen

and when you go to my video gallery on smugmug, they won't play either. The thumbs show up, but nothing will play.

They were working fine before. I haven't changed anything.
Are other people having this problem or is it just me?

Might I also add, they are not in a password protected gallery.

:doh Yup, that was it. I forgot I had installed the flash update this morning but then hadn't restarted firefox yet.
