AJThanks MuskyDude
Sure that's not quite true..
Think I need to find some way of getting a brighter reflection. These were on one of my water butts which is about 3 feet deep and fairly coloured.
Was a bit worried about getting flash reflection but at the low angle my flash is set to there was no reflection at all in the shots.

Oh man, the fly on the water kinda blows my mind. I had to stare at it for a couple minutes... :thumb

Hope you've recovered :)
Kinda interesting to take the shot- apart from trying to make sure none of the equipment gets in the water, the slightest breeze made the fly sail across the surface.

Found one way to increase the reflectivity - put a sheet of white paper at the edge so that was reflecting in the water.
