Easy Customizer messed up my site

Thinking that I could just add an image into the favicon area and not adjust any of the other settings in the easy customizer it did just that. Now when I go to the advanced customizer and click update no changes are being made.

How to I get my CSS to override the the CSS from the EC?

Hurry please help.
