On this past Sat. I had the pleasure to get out of the city and head up for the day to my folks summer retreat with my great friend Sean.
After a semi-productive fishing trip (and follow up discussion accompanied with good food) I had a chance to take some shots in one of the most beautiful gardens I know. These shots were inspired by another great friend of mine and fine photographer. Handheld with D70 + Tamron 70-300 in macro mode. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks Tim! You know I didn't even think of maybe cloning out the spider webs, thanks for the suggestion!

At first glance, I was going to go against the grain and say I like #1 best, but after spending some time looking, I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and pick #2. The comp is better in #2 IMHO. Also, did you see the spider near the top. Guess that's what is making all the webs. Both shots are real nice.
Thanks for sharing,
Chris
