Canon buy-back program link?

A friend has a Canon point and shoot and is in the market for a newer one.

Is Canon still doing the buy-back program, and is there a link? I used to have one that listed the eligible models and associated costs, but I can't find it.

It's called the Canon Loyalty Program and to my knowledge, it still exists. It's not a buy back program; it's more of a exchange for a refurbish + money; they might only take broken cameras (depends on who you talk to) too.
