Sunday Morning Raccoon

Most of the raccoons around here are pretty much nocturnal. But this youngster was looking for a snack this morning. I was able to get within 20 feet of him. He would take a look at me every now, pause for a photo op and then and go back to catching bugs near the pond.

That's a pretty good way to start a Sunday morning.
