af for canon eos 30d

i have a canon eos 30d.i use the af whenever possible and my pictures are comming out blurry.i read the manual and tried different things and the pictures are still blurry.i had a technitian check out my camera and he said the af was ok.i use a 18-200mm canon 3.5-5.6 lens.normally i use a tripod.the problem occurs at all aperatures and shutter speeds.i have trouble using the manual focus because i can't see well.thank you

Please post an example image which contains the full EXIF. (In other words, a JPG straight from the camera.)
