changing text color difficulties

Hello, I'm having some issues with changing text color. I recently changed the look of my site. It used to have a grey background, but now it is a shade of white (fcfcf3). Now, however, I am unable to see the text on several of my pages, including "client access" "about" "pricing" "news+reviews" and "contact". The old text was white, but I thought I changed all of the text to a darker color (605137) in my CSS. I have the site set for a light background now as well, but I also cannot see the arrows in my portfolio pages that are set to filmstrip.

Wow, I was thinking too hard. It's been a while since I've changed anything look-wise on my site, and I wasn't aware of the easy customizer area. Yay!
