Here's part of the concrete monster. A section of the first powerhouse and spillway. It looks bigger when you stand below it. Taken today.

Been pretty stormy up there from what I've seen on TWC, what were you doing out by the dam yesterday? Are you planning on getting any shots of the Chinook on their migration?

I do like gubbs goat.
These crazy storms have been blowing in every afternoon for over a week now. Not that unusual for this time of year, but the intensity is stronger. The hail storm I was caught in yesterday on the way back was unequalled by any I've seen. There's a full report in the sticky finger. The dam is on an Indian reservation and the Tribe is one of my best customers. I travel there fairly often. It's about an 80 mile drive.
I will get some salmon pics when the run starts. I hope.
