Problems arranging photos

Is Tools > Arrange > Arrange Photos just not working? I try to sort by file name and I get IMG_1525, IMG_1524, IMG_1526. Arrange by date taken doesn't seem to work as well.

If I go to tools > customize gallery it will sort it correctly but not in auto arrange. I don't like tools > customize because I can't then arrange to have a movie that I've made at the beginning of the gallery without turning it off and messing up the order of all the galleries.

Any suggestions?

Under customize gallery set sort to none and ascending. Then under tools
it's a one shot sort and you can arrange photos after the sort.

That wasn't the problem, it was just that the quick sort wasn't working. Thanks for your help. I emailed smugmug support and they responded to me within 15 minutes and showed me what I was doing wrong. I get more sold on this company all the time. What fabulous customer service!
