keywording program that will not remove quotes

I'm just starting with a Smug gallery.

I use Bridge CS2 for keywording, and I rely heavily on keywords that contain numbers. Smug (oddly) requires quotes around these number oriented keywords.

PROBLEM: My version of Bridge CS2 automatically removes the quotes from the keyword data.

Manually fixing this in the Smug keyword widget is not practical with 10s of thousands of keywords.

HELP: Any suggestions on how to fix this or alternate programs to use? CS4 or LightRoom?

...that will include double "quotes" in the keywords? You're not going to find one. Metadata is not supposed to work that way and doing so would break it with just about every other program.

Smugmug needs to fix their keyword processing so that it just takes the keywords as you put them on the photo with no processing of them. They were rumored to be working on fixing this 6 months ago, but I've seen no progress since then.
