So.....Which are you going with? Myself - I think I favor the 1DMk11, but I have not looked a the Kodak DCS Pro/c recently. I will be very interested to hear your opinion of it and seeing any images you shoot with it.

Interesting. Are you inviting comment? If so, I kinda like the idea of filling in the lens gaps below 100mm. 70-200 and a 100-400 might be slightly redundant, given your budget. Ditto the 300, although that is a sweet lens.

Given your scenario, I might go for the camera body that you most desire, rather than the lenses.

Wxwax - I own a f2.8 70-200 and a 100-400f4-f5.6 and do not find that they overlap that much - the 70-200 is faster glass, but the 100-400 is twice as long as the 70-200 and almost as wide so they do not overlap for my purposes. I would skip the 300 myself unless you need the wider aperature for lower light levels than you can use the 100-400 in.

The original Kodak Pro SLR had problems with noise at higher ISOs - but his newer /c model is supposed to be much better. CMR164 have you seen images from the Kodak SLR for EOS lenses yet? Certainly it is a bigger sensor than the 1DMk11 - I need to study this more methinks.
