View Full Version : can't upload suddenly

Hi Folks,

I've been using Smugmug for over a year without upload problems, but suddenly yesterday, part way through a large upload, uploading stopped working. My site is naomijohnsonphotography.com and I'm trying to upload to the Farm Fresh Photography gallery. I tried both the Lightroom plugin (what I usually use) and the bulletproof web-based uploader - both act like they're uploading, but 15 minutes later there's been no progress and I cancel. I'm on Firefox 3.0.11. This morning I got an email that my account billing info needed updating, and thought maybe this was causing the problem - but I updated my info and there's no change.

Hi Andy,

Thanks for the reply. I'm trying the Simple Uploader and it is sort of working, but each photo is taking about 20 minutes + (they're biggish, around 9 mb, but usually it's much faster). And the Lightroom uploader is still not working.
