1:2 1:1 and so on, the reason I ask is that it looks like some great nature shots,but not macro in my point of view. I cant see any definition here, the wiki definition is here, but they can have another one.

I generally post here in the close-up mode. I thought these would qualify.

no need to say anything, im new here so it could be that in here its OK, would be nice to know what the diffinition is,in 1st macro post admin say they will delete, but they dont come up with a definition. this is NOT a attack on you or your pictures, but in my interest where the limit is.

Think this forum is really macro/closeup. Most macro forums I use also accept closeups. As usual there can always be a debate where the borders are.
If you took a strict definition of macro = 1:1 or higher mag then around 90% (at a guess) of the shots posted here would fail.
