how can i make my bio section its own page? and change the title from bio to about us?

Easiest is create a new gallery and use the description for your info. I was
going to suggest journal with one photo with your info in the caption and that
will still work if you select "journal (old)" style under customize gallery.

Or you can try this page. (select "journal (old)" style for this also)

I found creating a new gallery page with making the description your bio text section. And if you want to place an image inside of your bio use this line EXACTLY as is (of course changing the src address and style.)
