I kind of get a 1960's feel from this shot. Over all, it's not bad. There is something dark in the background along the right side of the photo that is right up against her head. It's a bit distracting. Pay attention to what's in the background of your shots.

Hey, welcome,

Great expression and spot on focus; connection with your subject is one of the hardest parts of portrait photography, I think (while keeping an eye on the technical aspects).

The nose is a bit prominent in this shot for me, so you might try shooting with a more tele lens unless you are intentionally going for the wide-angle look. (Some relevant notes at http://photo.net/learn/making-photographs/lens).

You could think more about framing too and making use of the left side of the frame, perhaps in a more environmental portrait style? Then again, great that the subject is off center and slightly tilted giving the image a more active feel.

Just some quick thoughts. What did your subject think of the pic? :D
