Nice boat! Any idea about the flag (British, but colonial?); what's the name of the vessel?

I could not get behind it to see the name. This was the only spot that I had a clear enough view to get the shot.
These mega yachts come to town every few months. The neatest that I have seen was the Maltese Falcon (http://www.symaltesefalcon.com/about.asp)

The flag is Australian. (or subset of)
