Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been a SmugMug member for a couple years now. Thought it was finally time to join in on the forum fun and share some snaps from a walk around my neighborhood here.

All that is missing out of your first shot is a Tornado in the sky.
The Yellow really stands out doesn't it.
Geezz that last shot is a classic :thumb

Welcome to Dgrin. The first two shots are pretty cool. If you are able to get back there, I would use your imagination and try to capture more shots. It seems to me that there's a really GREAT shot waiting there.

Thanks, Jeff. Those are taken about 4 blocks from my house, so not a problem getting back there. :D

When I went up there I was hoping to maybe catch some lightning over Denver, but the storm had passed for the most part, but the lighting was still cool.

Thanks! There was a certain appeal to the organic/mechanic combination that caught my eye.
