Password Protected, but images are blank

I have a client is accessing a protected gallery, but the images are blank...any suggestions? I know he's getting in because the notes are showing...

I believe you wrote me at the help desk, too. They're likely in a location that is blockign images. Have them write us directly, we'll help them.
