Can't order prints???

I just did an event at a local pet store and I have uploaded photos into 9 galleries. I now need to order the requested prints for the customers but even though there is a buy button I keep getting a message saying that there are no photos for sale in the gallery.

What am I doing wrong!!!

Prints can only be made from JPGs. I'm sorry, you'll have to redo your files and save them as JPGs.

That is totally lame! Well off to re-do everything...

PNG is a great format for web graphics, but much like Gif, it is not good for printing from.
As an aside, I was a bit amused by your print prices of $6.66, and your $69 session fee.
