or this?
Angelo,
I prefer the first one. The murky water of the second one doesn't appeal to me. On the first one - I tried cropping it differently. I cropped right to the line of the bottom of his shoes, getting rid of the steps. This makes it a little more dramatic, IMO. But what do I know anyway?

Gary

I like the first one but I think a B&W treatment may be better.

I like the crop Angelo but am not sure the Black and White does anything for it. Now how about the crop without the BW treatment?:D

Angelo,
I like the color crop best :thumb :thumb IMO, you could even cut off a bit more of the left side. Looks like you've got plenty of water in the frame and cutting a little out would make the boy and his hands stand out a little more (at least they'd be a bit larger :D ) Any way you slice it, this one is a very nice shot :clap
I liked the idea behind the 2nd shot, but as mentioned, she blends in with the water too much. Not the great contrast that we saw in the first shot (dark boy against bright waters) Maybe a lower perspective would have helped this one :dunno
