There's a pretty gold bar (fat line) in the keyword site - at the top above the logo - it's nice, how could I add it to each gold-themed page, including the home page? The line appeared automatically when I added the keyword page to the navbar links.

And the code to add color-corrected lines on other themed-pages?
Also, below are snaps, top from Firefox and bottom from IE 7. How can I get IE 7 to look like Firefox? Thanks.
