i really don't get it...how can you guys be so amazing?!!?!
a customer ordered up a decent sized print from me, but gave me the incorrect mailing address... a month goes by and he never gets it, then sends me an email stating so... i contact smugmug about HIS mistake in sending wrong addy, yet, in smugmug's plight to please, they ship out another print on their own dime to the correct address.
