Using two Cameras / file naming

This has bugged me for some time now, but... I (me and a second shooter) am shooting with two cameras for weddings, and the file names are obviously not sequential when loaded to the computer.
Is there an easy way to sync the two different camera files by time shot (other than clicking on the date header), in lightroom (or any other way)? I'm using a mac.

Does that make any sense???

Yes, and it works within Lightroom, but I need to rename the files by capture time when exporting, so that I can burn a disc for clients, and all the files are sequential

Rename the files on import, and add date, hour, minute second to the filename. Just makes sure the bodies have same time.
