how to change themes on galleries page?

My mind went blank now, couldn't change the theme on galleries page. could someone suggest me please.

After logged in, I changed the theme on galleries page but I couldn't find the save option to save the theme.

The galleries page and your home page are different views of the same page (with different parts hidden and shown) so there is only one theme for your galleries page and your homepage. To change the theme on the homepage, you'd login, click on the themes button and pick a theme. That theme will then preview. If you like it, you would pick "Save theme" from the themes menu that should be automatically open.
